Ah thanks I’m glad you enjoy it! It feels very scary and unnatural, but I figure that people are pretty overwhelmed by written content and I don’t always want to be pushing more out there for them to read. My husband actually said the other day that he thinks people watch video more than read because reading’s boring - here’s hoping that Substack’s a little different but I understand his point! I’ve got a few more video ideas lined up for the coming months to add in a little variety 🙏

I think that's just it ... Giving people the variety and it's nice to get to know the person behind the words too. I'm all for it ! And you definitely look like a natural 💕

Haha I’m glad I look like a natural to you… all I noticed was how often I look up and away from the camera 🤣

I loved this Holly! Both books sound great and I loved hearing your thoughts about the genre. I am not reading any historical fiction at the moment but have a few books on the go. I would love to mention Milk by Joanna Wolfarth as I am finding it so interesting, affirming and I love the way she weaves together personal experience with historical and cultural references, it really is brilliant xx
